We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, being right next to a mall where we could go shopping and dining. The room was spacious, ideal for our family. Our favorite part was the bathtub, which provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made eggs. this hotel provided enhanced comfort, quality services, and a convenient location within the mall.

Room was good sized, it was enough for me. I could have lunch in hoka hoka bento set within 800 feet. Just a few steps away from plaza atrium. I liked service and location, it had everything that I wanted for my vacation.

The hotel room had a lovely view of the city and the breakfast offered a variety of local and western dishes. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to downtown Jakarta and a small mall next door for basic shopping needs. One of the highlights of the stay was the friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel's wine was overpriced and not fresh, and the hotel itself could be quite noisy at times, especially in the morning. the food in the hotel was also relatively expensive.

Loved the big room and spacious bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. The view from the room was breathtaking and it was convenient to have a shopping mall nearby with delicious food options.

The hotel was not soundproof at all and I could hear everything going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms. The breakfast area was always crowded and not very sanitary with people smoking in the eating area.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Jakarta, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value I received. The room I booked was an executive double, but I was upgraded to an executive suite without any extra charge. This was a wonderful surprise and added to my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient area: it's close to the city center, next to a mall, and the Plaza next door is easily accessible. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, equipped with separate showers and bathtubs. the friendly staff offers good service and complimentary food and drinks, like the upgraded executive lounge and delicious breakfast with good variety.

Some areas may need renovation, like the closet doors and the water draining in some bathrooms.

Huge, comfortable room with fantastic downtown view. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location, within walking distance of Pasar Senen and Merdeka Square. Terrific value for the rate.

I had a great stay at this hotel with friendly I staff who were incredibly helpful. I enjoyed being next to the mall for shopping, and the breakfast was amazing. The location was convenient for me as I was able to easily get to the Spice cafe located on level 1.

Not obvious to find parking.
